I am really confused about this whole thing with male sperm and y chromosome. So, my partner and I have been trying to conceive a baby boy. I read somewhere about how to increase y chromosome in male sperm, but it just seems so complicated! We’ve been timing everything, and I even changed my diet, but honestly, I'm not sure if it's doing anything. I've heard about different methods like certain positions or even some supplements to increase the chances. Do you think these things really work? Anyone had good results with how to increase y chromosome in male sperm? Feels like I need all the help I can get since I'm not sure what else to try and just want that little boy!
