Premature ejaculation and short Erection period - #23406

I get Erection but not for long and i ejaculate too fast. Please help.. how can i overcome this? My weight is 104 kgs and my height is 5.10 ft. Gall bladder removed in February 2024. No other ailments.

1.Ashwagandha (KSM-66 or organic) – 1 capsule morning and night
