Premature ejaculation and short erection duration can often be linked to multiple factors from an Ayurvedic perspective, and being slightly overweight may also play a role in your condition. Considering your constitution and recent gallbladr removal, it's important to tackle this holistically through diet, lifestyle, and specific herbs. One of the first steps is to optimize your diet to support agni (digestive fire) and balance your doshas. Focus on reducing heavy, greasy, and spicy foods that may aggravate pitta and kapha doshas. Incorporate light and warming foods like moong dal, barley, and green vegetables. Make sure to chew your food thoroughly and avoid overeating, as digestion plays a crucial role in overall vitality. Routine is key to maintaining balance. Engage in regular moderate exercise like brisk walking or yoga for at least 30 minutes daily to help control weight and improve circulation. Be mindful not to exert yourself as you adapt to your body's capabilities post-surgery. Sleep patterns should also be regular; aim for 7-8 hours of restful sleep. For herbal support, Ashwagandha and Shatavari can be beneficial to strengthen your reproductive system and reduce anxiety, which often contribute to premature ejaculation. These should ideally be taken under the guidance of a qualified practitioner. Mucuna pruriens is another herb known to support sexual health and can be considered. Meditation and breathing exercises like pranayama can help calm your mind, reducing stress and anxiety levels which are known to affect sexual health adversely. Taking 10-15 minutes daily to practice mindfulness can have a positive effect on your condition. Please remember any herbal or dietary regimen should be adjusted based on individual needs, especially considering your medical history. Consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner who can provide guidance tailored to your unique health profile is advisable.
