I am really struggling with some issues related to my sex power lately. It's been frustrating, to say the least. I'm in my early 30s and used to feel pretty confident in that area. But, now, I’ve noticed that I’m not performing like I used too and it’s making me feel really self-conscious. A few months ago, I tried some supplements — you know, the typical stuff — but they didn't do much for me at all. I’ve heard about how to improve sex power naturally but I’m honestly not sure where to start. A friend suggested certain herbs and lifestyle changes, but I feel overwhelmed thinking of the best ways to go about it. I mean, am I supposed to be detoxing or just changing my diet?? Weirdly enough, stress has been high at work too, and I wonder if that affects things. Has anyone figured out how to improve sex power naturally with good results?
