Based on your description, it seems you might be experiencing a vaginal infection, such as a yeast infection or possibly bacterial vaginosis. These conditions are often associated with symptoms like unusual discharge, itchiness, and increased sensitivity or pain in the genital area. Unhygienic public toilet use and improper nail hygiene may contribute to infection risk. In Ayurveda, we attribute these symptoms to a possible imbalance of doshas, particularly Pitta and Kapha, leading to an imbalance in your reproductive system. To address this, you might consider a few practical steps: 1. **Personal Hygiene**: Maintain good genital hygiene by washing with lukewarm water and mild, fragrance-free soap. Avoid using harsh or antibacterial soaps, as they can disrupt the natural flora. 2. **Dietary Adjustments**: To help balance your doshas, focus on a cooling and soothing diet. Consume more fruits like pomegranate and apples, and avoid hot, spicy, and fried foods. This helps in managing Pitta dosha and supporting your digestive fire, or Agni. 3. **Herbal Support**: Neem and turmeric have strong antifungal and antibacterial properties. You might consider taking neem capsules or a small amount of turmeric with warm water to help combat infection. Be cautious with dosage; consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for guidance. 4. **Yogurt or Probiotics**: Including probiotics such as yogurt or fermented foods in your diet can help restore the natural bacterial balance in your body. 5. **Consult a Professional**: Given the symptoms, it's crucial to consult a gynecologist or healthcare professional to rule out any serious infections. Since you mentioned using public restrooms, a thorough examination may be necessary to determine the exact condition. Avoid any self-prescribed medications or remedies without professional guidance. If symptoms worsen or persist, seeking medical attention should be a priority to prevent complications.

Hey dear; your symptoms do suggest a vaginal infection, possibly triggered or worsened by Unhygienic public washroom, Fingering with unclean hands/nails. Home Remedies (Mild Cases Only) 👉 For external relief: Coconut oil + 1 drop tea tree oil ➤ Apply gently outside vaginal area (not inside) 2×/day (Anti-fungal + soothing) Sitz bath with neem leaves + rock salt ➤ Boil water with neem leaves + a pinch of salt → let it cool slightly → sit in it for 10–15 min Wear cotton underwear, change it twice a day, avoid tight pants Avoid soaps, vaginal washes, douching Medication - 1.chandraprabha vati - 2-0-2 after meals.
