I am dealing with this awful knee pain that just won’t go away. It started about 6 months ago after I tripped while jogging, and now I feel like an old person when I try to walk up stairs or even just sit! My knees swell up a bit and sometimes it gets really stiff, ugh. I've tried some over-the-counter pain relief, but it doesn’t seem to help much. I keep hearing about the benefits of using oils, but I’m confused. Like, which oil is best for knee pain relief? I read online that essential oils might be great, but there’s like a million options out there! Some say eucalyptus, while others mention castor oil. I don’t even know how to apply them — do I massage them or something? I’ve been stretching too, but with the pain, it’s hard to keep up. Any advice on which oil is best for knee pain relief would be sooo appreciated! I just wanna get back to running without feeling like a walking cane! Thanks!
