I am really in a bit of a bind here and could use some advice. For the past few months, I’ve been feeling super run down, like I just can’t shake this tiredness! It’s been affecting my work and I seem to catch colds easily now. A friend suggested I try Vaidyaratnam Chyavanaprasam, saying it helped her boost her immune system and energy levels a lot. I did some research and it seems like a good option but I’m not totally sure if it's right for me. I’m not big on sweet stuff either, and Vaidyaratnam Chyavanaprasam is kinda sweet, right?
