Doctors' responses

🔥 In Ayurveda Perspective This is usually: Pitta + Vata dushti Rakta dhatu aggravation Burning sensation (Pada Daha) Castor oil alone is not the best first choice. Castor oil is: Heavy Heating internally (though externally mild) More for Vata constipation For burning feet, we need cooling + nerve soothing. 🌿 Best Oils for Burning Feet 🥥 Coconut Oil (First Choice) ✔ Cooling ✔ Pitta pacifying ✔ Safe daily Apply at night before sleep. 🌿 Ksheerabala Taila (Better for Nerve) ✔ Excellent for nerve irritation ✔ Reduces burning ✔ Pacifies Vata Apply lukewarm at night. 🌿 Internal Support (Very Important) If burning is frequent: Guduchi 500 mg twice daily Amalaki 500 mg daily Check Vitamin B12 level If severe: Saraswatarishta (nerve tonic) Ashwagandha (if weakness present) 🚫 Avoid Very spicy food Excess tea/coffee Walking barefoot on hot floor Tight shoes Alcohol ❗ When to See Doctor Immediately If: Skin becomes extremely red + painful Swelling Ulcers Numbness increasing Is Castor Oil OK? 👉 You can use it occasionally BUT for your symptoms coconut oil or ksheerabala is better choice.
