FOR NEUROPATHY THE OIL SHOULD BE USED WARM NOT HOT TAKE A SMALL AMOUNT WARM IT BY PLACING THE BOTTLE IN WARM WATER AND APPLY OVER THE AFFECTED AREA

MASSAGE TIME SHOULD BE GENTLE AND NOT FORCEFUL 5 TO 10 MINUTES IS SUFFICIENT FOR ONE AREA IF MULTIPLE AREAS ARE INVOLVED TOTAL MASSAGE TIME CAN BE 10 TO 15 MINUTES

BEST TIME TO APPLY IS IN THE EVENING OR BEFORE SLEEP AS IT HELPS RELAX THE NERVOUS SYSTEM IT CAN ALSO BE USED IN THE MORNING IF STIFFNESS IS PROMINENT

Hello Absolutely, Ksheerbala Taila is one of the top Ayurvedic oils for neuropathy—especially when Vata is out of balance.

Here’s the Ayurvedic take on why it works:

Ayurveda says neuropathy usually comes from too much Vata, dryness in the nerves (that’s Snayu and Majja dhatu kshaya), and poor circulation or weak nourishment to the nerves.

So what’s in Ksheerbala Taila?

It’s a blend of Bala (Sida cordifolia), which helps strengthen your nerves and muscles, plus milk and sesame oil for deep nourishment. Together, they calm aggravated Vata.

Here’s what people notice when they use it:

- Less numbness and tingling - Stronger nerves - Less burning or pain - Better circulation - Calmer, less irritated nerves

How to use it? Massage is key.

- For each affected area, aim for 15 to 20 minutes. - If things aren’t too bad, 10 to 15 minutes is enough. But if it’s chronic or severe, go for the full 20. - Do it once a day, preferably at night. If symptoms are really tough, twice a day—morning and night—works better.

The method matters:

- Warm the oil so it’s just lukewarm, not hot. - Gently apply it over the affected nerves. - Use slow, circular motions. Follow the path of the nerve with long strokes. - Don’t press too hard if you feel numbness or pain.

After you finish, keep the area warm and rest for 20 to 30 minutes. If you want, take a warm bath.

How long should you keep this up?

- Minimum: 4 to 6 weeks - For chronic neuropathy, stick with it for at least 3 months—and check in with a practitioner.

When does it start helping?

- Tingling or pain: usually eases up in 2 to 3 weeks - Numbness: takes a bit longer, about 4 to 6 weeks - Strength: expect to feel improvement in 6 to 8 weeks

Should you use Ksheerbala oil on its own?

It works even better if you combine it with internal Vata-pacifying herbs, like Ashwagandha or Dashmoola, and eat warm, nourishing foods. Stay away from cold and dryness, and try some gentle stretching or yoga.

Just a few things to watch out for:

- If you’ve got severe burning, redness, or infection, check with a doctor first. - For diabetic neuropathy, keeping blood sugar in check is a must. - Never massage over open wounds.

Ksheerbala oil is seriously effective for neuropathy. A daily 15–20 minute massage can make a real difference.

Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

ksheerbala oil is very good for neuropathy especially when there is burning tingling numbness weakness or pain because it nourishes nerves calms dryness and reduces irritation in the tissues

for neuropathy gentle massage is more important than hard pressure you should warm the oil slightly and massage slowly for about ten to fifteen minutes focusing on the affected area like feet legs hands or lower back according to symptoms

massage should be done with calm steady strokes allowing the oil to absorb and stimulate circulation after massage it is ideal to rest or keep the area warm for at least thirty minutes so the oil can act deeper on the nerves

regular daily application gives better results especially when combined with proper diet sleep and internal treatment as advised based on your condition

YES, it is excellent. It strengthens the nerves and reduces numbness/burning because it is processed with Bala and Milk, which nourish degenerated nerve tissues.

Always warm the oil indirectly (place the bowl in hot water) before application. Cold oil aggravates nerve pain. Massage gently for 15 to 20 minutes. Use long, soft strokes; avoid deep pressure on damaged nerves. After massaging, apply moist heat (hot towel wrap or warm water soak) for 10 minutes. This helps the oil penetrate deep into the nerves.

If possible, use Ksheerabala 101 Avartana (concentrated version) for faster relief.

Yes, Ksheerbala Thailam (Ksheerbala oil) is traditionally considered beneficial for neuropathy and nerve-related pain because it calms aggravated Vata dosha, nourishes nerves, and reduces inflammation.

For massage, 10–20 minutes of gentle application on the affected area is generally recommended, ensuring the oil penetrates well without overstraining the tissues.

✅ Massage Guidelines - Duration: 10–20 minutes of gentle massage is sufficient. - Technique: Use slow, circular strokes over the affected area; avoid vigorous rubbing. - Frequency: Once daily or at least 3–4 times per week for consistent results. - Timing: Preferably in the evening or before bedtime, as it also promotes relaxation and better sleep. - Post-massage care: Keep the area warm (cover with cotton cloth) for deeper absorption.

Warm Regards DR. ANJALI SEHRAWAT
