YOUR CONCERN

Your symptoms could mean: * A sudden flare-up of Vata dosha * Your Prana Vayu and Vyana Vayu are out of whack * Not enough blood getting to your brain (low cerebral circulation) * Low Ojas – which makes your body just shut down

Plus, it sounds like you’re dealing with stress or panic attacks. In Ayurveda, this looks like:

Murcha / Bhrama / something like Apasmara. Basically, your body and mind aren’t working together for a bit.

तुरंत अपना ECG और Blood Pressure चेक करवाएं। धड़कन का धीमे होना (Bradycardia) खतरनाक हो सकता है।

जब भी चक्कर या अंधेरा महसूस हो, तुरंत लेट जाएं और अपने पैर ऊपर (Legs up) कर लें। इससे खून दिमाग की तरफ वापस जाएगा।

Start with Syrup Mentat -DS 10ml twice daily after food with water Brahmi vati 1-0-1 after food with water Ashwagandha churan 0-0-1tsp at bedtime with warm milk. Chyavanprash 2tsp once daily after breakfast with water./milk Suthshekhar ras 1-0-1 before food with water. Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily.
