Dr sahab, when pitta and vata are imbalanced in the majja dhatu or nervous system, is there any death of cells like neurons in the brain or anything like that? I am particularly asking when someone stops the use of antidepressants and then develops infection in the gut, then high pitta causing insomnia, migraines, neck stiffness, eye photophobia etc with extreme weight loss etc, is brain power lost? memory is now affected. Gaps are there in memory and sleep and focus issues etc. excess cortisol for long periods. Do you think this may have resulted in loss of brain cells? inflammation in the brain…and in the body? or it can recover…please guide correctly only.
