–In Ayurveda, your motor tics are often due to an imbalance of Vata, the energy that controls movement. Stress and irregular routines can worsen it. To help, we focus on calming vata. —Diagnosis (Ayurvedic): Vata imbalance causing motor tics ----Ayurvedic Medicines Brahmi Pearl Capsule – 1 capsule twice daily after food Ashwagandha Churna – ½ tsp at night with warm milk Dashamoolarishta – 2 tsp twice daily after food Bala Krishta – 2 tsp twice daily after food ----External Therapy Abhyanga (Sesame oil massage) – daily, preferably before bath Shirodhara (Oil pouring on forehead) – 2–3 times/week if feasible ----Lifestyle & Diet Advice Follow a regular routine, sleep by 10–11 pm Eat warm, nourishing, Vata-pacifying foods; avoid cold, raw, spicy foods and caffeine Daily Pranayama (Anulom Vilom) and gentle yoga ----Follow-Up: Review in 4 weeks
