Brahmi ghrita – ½ tsp morning, empty stomach 2 Ashwagandha churna – ½ tsp at bedtime with warm milk/water 3 Ksheerabala taila – external abhyanga daily For BP 4 Sarpagandha vati – 1 tablet at night (only if BP is elevated and under supervision) For diabetes support: 5 guloochyadi kashayam – 15 ml with 45ml warm water in morning before food For thyroid support: 6. Kanchanara guggulu – 1 tablet BD Advice Warm, freshly cooked food; avoid cold, dry, irregular meals. Adequate sleep, gentle walking, daily oil massage.
