Managing Hemiplegia and Muscle Stiffness - #47973

Hi I am suffering from Haemeplegia since 2 yrs 4 months,I have undergone panch karma session for many months,and also ayurved treatment from Sai Sanjivini gurgaon for about one year, also doing physiotherapy , now on modern medicine, I am much better now however still my left hand & leg have stiffness /spasm muscle also my bowel is normally not clear, always having constipation, Whenever I have clear bowel/stool, I feel relaxed also muscle stiffness/ spasm reduces.I have used vatavidhwansh tab few days earlier, it worked good, should I use regularly one tab BD with lukewarm water.please advise.
