Seeking Ayurvedic Solutions for Hand Tremors and Dryness - #48846

I’m 64years. A diabetic. Since past 2 years I’ve noticed slight tryouts on my hands. It has increased now to the level that the tremors get word when I try to work on small things. Cutting my nails is difficult as my hand tremor while adjusting the nail cutter on my nails. Is there any medicine in Ayurveda that could correct and stop the tremors. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello, I consider your sugar levels are within normal limits and also the lipid profile. In that case the following will help you to address the issue - 1. Dhanvantharam 101 softgel capsules 2–0—2 one hour after breakfast and one hour after dinner for 60 days. 2. Rasnasapthakam kashayam 20ml+80ml of boiled cooled water withedicime no. 1 for 60 days. 3. Application of mahanarayana thailam everyday 40 minutes before shower. Take care, Kind regards.
