In Ayurvedic understanding, this condition is usually approached as a severe Vata-vyadhi, often overlapping with Kampavata, Majja-dhatu kshaya, and Pranavaha srotas dushti, with obstruction of Vata by Kapha in later stages.

Supportive care- - Brahmi Ghrita → ½ tsp once daily (morning) with warm water / milk - Ashwagandha Churna → 2 g twice daily with warm milk or warm water - Ksheerabala 101 (Capsule or Taila orally) → Capsule: 1 cap twice daily after food if can’t swallow. Then taila preferred or → Taila: 5 drops once daily with warm milk - Yashtimadhu Churna → 1 g twice daily with honey (for swallowing support)
