i am always tired, i had stroke in 2021, my left side does not move right completely, i feel lot of weakness

Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use boiled water for drinking. Ashwagandharishta 20ml twice after meal with lukewarm water Tab Arjuna 2-0-2 Follow up after 4weeks.
