Doctors' responses

✔ Excess body hair ✔ Dry skin ✔ Small acne ✔ Severe dark circles ✔ High tanning Duration 3–6 months This is usually a combination of: 🔸 Pitta + Vata imbalance (dryness + pigmentation) 🔸 Possible mild hormonal imbalance (because of excess hair) 🔸 Nutritional or sleep-related dark circles First important question (very important): 👉 Are your periods regular? 👉 Any weight gain or hair fall? Because excess body hair can sometimes indicate mild PCOS even if periods seem normal. 🌿 1️⃣ For Excess Body Hair If hair growth is: Thick On chin / upper lip / stomach Increasing gradually You should test: Testosterone DHEAS Thyroid Ultrasound pelvis (to rule out PCOS) Ayurvedic Internal Support Shatavari 500 mg twice daily Ashoka churna ½ tsp twice daily Guduchi 500 mg daily Continue 3 months. 🌿 2️⃣ For Dry Skin + Acne Together This means: Surface dryness but internal heat. 🥥 Daily Night Routine Wash face with mild cleanser Apply Aloe vera gel (pure) After 10 min apply few drops of cold pressed coconut oil (very little) This balances dryness + acne. 🌿 3️⃣ For Dark Circles (Most Common Causes) Dark circles rarely improve with creams alone. Common causes: Late sleep Stress Screen exposure Iron deficiency Thin under-eye skin Best Under-Eye Routine 🌙 Night: Apply Almond oil very small amount Massage gently 2 minutes. Morning: Apply Vitamin C serum (mild 10%) Sunscreen mandatory Improvement takes 6–8 weeks minimum. 🌿 4️⃣ For Tanning & Brightness Weekly Ubtan Mix: Besan Sandalwood powder A pinch turmeric Rose water Apply 2–3 times/week. 🌿 5️⃣ Very Important Internal Glow Support Daily: 5 soaked almonds 5 black raisins 1 tsp cow ghee Drink enough water Sleep before 11 pm (this alone improves dark circles). 💊 If Acne Is Persistent Add: Manjistha 500 mg twice daily Or Sarivadyasava 15 ml after meals ⚠ Cream Recommendations (Simple & Safe) Morning: Gentle cleanser Vitamin C serum (10%) Moisturizer (non-comedogenic) Sunscreen SPF 50 Night: Cleanser Aloe gel Few drops almond oil (under eye only) Avoid heavy fairness creams. Important Reality Skin brightness depends more on: ✔ Hormonal balance ✔ Gut health ✔ Sleep ✔ Sun protection Creams alone won’t fix everything.
