मेरी उम्र 30 वर्ष है। 12–13 साल की उम्र में चेहरे पर कील मुंहासे फुंसियां हो गई थी। इलाज करने के बाद चेहरे पर कई सारे गड्ढे पड़ गए हैं ।आयुर्वेदिक दवाइयां उनका नाम,मात्रा,खुराक,समय अवधि बताएं जिससे मेरे चेहरे पर जो गड्ढे हो गए हैं वह पूरी तरह से ठीक हो जाए और चेहरे की त्वचा को टाइट करने के लिए भी दवाइयां बताएं। मेरी स्किन ऑयली है। डायट प्लान भी बताएं क्या-क्या खाऊं और क्या-क्या परहेज करना है। कितने समय तक दवाइयां खानी है
