I have melasma problem on face. Pain iny heels, sciatica problem. Skin problem is since last 3-4 years .

Avoid day sleep, deep fried foods, curd, oily, spicy food items
use face wash
1. Lodhradi choornam with rose water
2. kumkumadi lepam in later phase
3. Aragwadhadi arishtam - 20ml + kaishora gulgulu gulika 1 - twice daily after food
SCIATICA :
1. Rasnerandadi kashayam - 15ml + 60ml luke warm water twice daily (empty stomach)
2. TAB. Arthoyog forte 2 - 0 - 2 after food
3. Kottamchukkadi tailam + Murivenna - apply externally
