I am really concerned about my hair lately. I used to have dark, thick hair, but now, it's started turning gray much earlier than I expected. I even feel like the texture is changing, and it's just really frustrating. I’ve tried a bunch of different things but nothing seems to work. I've been reading about how to increase melanin in hair ayurveda, and I’m curious about if there are any effective remedies. I heard things like amla and coconut oil might help—has anyone had experience with those? My grandma used to swear by natural oils, and I feel like I should give it a try but unsure of what to mix or how long to use it. Also, do herbal powders add any value for how to increase melanin in hair ayurveda? Sometimes I feel overwhelmed with all the options. Do you think consistent application is the key?
