I am feeling really confused about my liver health right now. Lately, I’ve been experiencing some weird symptoms, like fatigue and occasional nausea, and that made me freak out a bit. My doctor suggested I get tests done, which showed some elevated liver enzymes—totally alarming!! Then I stumbled onto this info about triphala and how it might help with liver function, but now I’m not sure what to think. I mean, is triphala good for liver issues?? I read that it’s an Ayurvedic herbal mix, and it’s supposed to detoxify and rejuvenate the liver. Tried taking some for a couple of days, but just a bit worried about the dosage and if it really works or could possibly have side effects. Would love to hear if anyone here has used triphala for liver health and what your experience was like? Did it help at all?? I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing for my body!
