I am really concerned about something that’s been going on with my hair lately. I've always had thick, healthy hair, but in the last few months, I noticed more strands than usual on my brush. Like, it’s super alarming! A few weeks ago, I read about using mustard oil for hair health, and I started applying it. At first, it felt like a good idea since I've heard doing regular oil treatments can help, you know? But now I'm starting to wonder: does mustard oil cause hair fall? I mean, is that a thing? I thought I was doing something positive, but it’s like my hair feels even thinner since I started using it every week. I've seen other people mention mustard oil on forums, saying it’s great for growth, but I can't shake this nagging doubt. Am I missing something? Should I stop using it altogether? Anyone had similar experiences? Need some advice here, for real! Just don’t wanna make my hair situation worse than it is.
