I am really struggling with a phobia that’s taking over my life. Like, just the other day we were out at a family gathering, and I almost had to leave early because I couldn’t handle it, you know? My phobia is kinda strange – it’s about bridges! Every time I cross one, it feels like my heart's racing and I can’t breathe. I did some research and found out about how to remove phobia from mind. But honestly, I’m not sure where to start! I’ve tried breathing exercises, but they haven't really worked for me.
