Ulcerative colitis problem for 3 years - #24730

Flares come at regular intervals even though I take precautionary measures.Sometimes even medications don't work for even a week or more .Already 3 years with the disease,but still my body isn't able to guide me about right food .

The flare up of Ulcerative colitis depends in many factors including the food you are taking .Even though there are bodily factors which cause triggering and we can't have any control over that (like genetic) , there are triggering factors we can control too.
Coming to the medication as per your current symptoms,
1.Guluchyadi kwatham tab 2-0-2 before food
2.Shankabhasma capsule 2-0-2 after food
3.Dhanwantharam gulika 2+ Kutajarishtam 10ml twice daily after food
4.Dadimashtaka churnam ½tsp with honey 2-3times daily (if the stool is frequent and loose, make it ½tsp 3-4times daily )
Diet
*Avoid Caffeine products
*Avoid Dairy products
*Avoid junk ,fermented, too spicy too oily sour and salty food
*Avoid pickle
*Reduce High Fibre and High protein foods
**Always have light food which is easy to digest
*Have proper sleep
*Practice some meditation daily which control your stress hormones.

CCF Tea (Cumin-Coriander-Fennel)
Take 1 tsp each of:
Cumin seeds
Coriander seeds
Fennel seeds
Boil in 2 cups water for 10 mins. Drink warm.
Drink after meals or between meals 2x daily.
