My cyst is not painful. It is just big and hard. doc I'm taking Kanchanar guggulu 2 tab twice, Triphala 2 tab daily, Varunadi kashayam twice daily and and gandhaka rasayana 2 tab twice daily. And jatyadi oil for external application. Is it okay?
These medicines are also fine as per your condition, since Ayurveda treats a disease in variety of ways. But for ext.application you can add Thriphaladi churnam too for one time ,that will helps to shrink the cyst. Internally you can add Guggulupanchapala churnam and Avipathy churnam as I prescribed with honey, since both together helps to heal the cyst internally .

It's completely depends on one's bodily condition. You can take it for 2 weeks continuesly If it shrinks/breaks and heals, then continue the same set for another one week too, then you can stop the medication.

In Ayurveda, Bartholin cysts can be viewed through the lens of dosha imbalances, particularly vata and kapha disturbance. An important step is to address these underlying imbalances comprehensivel. Warming up the area gently with warm compresses soaked in water infused with Neem and Triphala can help in reducing size and hardness. Do this daily for about 15-20 minutes, making sure the water is not too hot. Dietary adjustments help in promoting natural drainage and reducing inflammation. Favour foods that balance vata and kapha. Consume warm, cooked meals rich in spices like cumin, turmeric, ginger which invigorate the agni, support digestion, and reduce any ama buildup (toxins). Limit heavy, oily, and very sweet foods which can aggravate kapha. Herbal remedies like Guggulu may assist in reducing cyst size, but require proper consultation with an expert practitioner for dosage and suitability. Likewise, Manjistha is another herb that can support overall reproductive system health; it's traditionally used in cleansing and healing. Topical applications can offer direct relief. Applying a paste made from Turmeric and Aloe Vera on the cyst daily, or whenever discomfort peaks, might reduce inflammation gradually. Lifestyle practices like regular exercise, yoga, or pranayam can improve overall circulation and help maintain balance of doshas. Pranayama like Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) is beneficial for harmonizing body’s energies and help in fluid drainage naturally. While Ayurvedic treatments can offer support, it's crucial to monitor the condition, as sometimes allopathic intervention is necessary, especially if the cyst becomes very acute or painful. If Ayurvedic remedies don't bring about change in reasonable time, consider following up with your healthcare provider for additional recommendations. Remember – any herbal or dietary regimen must be customized to individual constitution and health status.
