AS you have not mentioned any symptoms but i can guess you must be facing with following symptoms-

Alternating constipation & diarrhea Loose stools may be with mucus or blood Bloating, gas, abdominal pain Weak appetite Anxiety Inability to put on weight

4. For Healthy Weight Gain

IBS is a chronic disease so please donot expect it to be treated in 15 days like allopathy medicine. Ayurveda medicines treat you from the root cause that is seated in your body from the last 2 years.

Follow the given regime and you will see miraculous results.

✔️Do’s✔️ Drink buttermilk daily. Eat freshly cooked food. Drink warm water. Lunch and dinner on fixed timings. 100 steps after every meal. If possible dinner as early as 7-8 pm.

However, don’t eat if you’re not hungry, as overeating can further disturb your digestion.

Without this, weight gain won’t happen.

Follow a Low FODMAP + Light Satvik Diet for 2–4 weeks:

Avoid: Milk, beans, cabbage, onion, garlic, wheat

Fried, fermented, spicy, maida, or sugar-heavy foods

Eat: Well-cooked rice with ghee

Moong dal (yellow split) – lightest protein

Boiled or steamed vegetables – lauki, carrots, spinach

Homemade curd (if tolerated) or buttermilk (churned with jeera)

Stewed apple or ripe banana (in morning)

. Weight Gain Foods (After Gut is Stable)

Once your stools become regular and you’re not bloated, start adding strength foods:
