I am really worried about my health and turning to Ayurveda. I started on this ayurvedic medicine last week for my chronic fatigue and some digestion issues that just won’t go away. I'm trying to stick with it, but I can't help but wonder how many days does ayurvedic medicine take to work? I read online that it can be pretty different for different people, but I feel like I need a timeframe or something, ya know? Yesterday, I felt a bit better, but today I’m just dragging again. I want to be patient with the process, but at the same time, it’s hard to be positive when I'm just sitting here feeling tired. I know Ayurveda is supposed to be holistic and all, but it’s kinda frustrating waiting to see changes. How many days does ayurvedic medicine take to work? Like, I really need to know if I should be feeling something by now or if I should just give it more time. Any tips or insights would really help!
