I am feeling really overwhelmed with my health lately. I just got some blood tests back and they showed high IgE levels, which seems weird since I don't have allergies and never had any issues before. I mean, I’ve been sneezing a lot, and my skin feels kinda itchy sometimes, but I always thought it was just the weather. Now, after looking online, I read about how an imbalance in the body can lead to increased IgE levels. Got me thinking about how to reduce IgE levels ayurveda style. I’m all for natural remedies but honestly, I don’t know where to begin. I read some stuff about herbal treatments and diet adjustments in ayurveda, like maybe adding turmeric or something to my meals, but is that really enough? Also, I’m not sure if I should be considering detoxing or what it even looks like in Ayurveda. Any tips on how to reduce IgE levels ayurveda? Did anyone have success with this? Like I'm kinda tired of always feeling this way and really wanna get back to normal. Ugh, help!
