I am dealing with this annoying shoulder pain that's been messing with my daily life! Like, it started a few months ago after I lifted something heavy in a rather awkward way. At first, I thought it was just a little strain, but man, it hasn’t gotten any better at all. I've tried ice packs and stretching but it just won’t go away. Its like this constant nagging ache mixed with some stiffness, especially in the mornings. I even went to a doc, and they suggested some physical therapy but honestly, I’m feeling skeptical. I started hearing about shoulder pain ayurvedic medicine and I'm really curious if it could help me out. Has anyone here had success with shoulder pain ayurvedic medicine? What kind of treatments should I be looking into? Like, are there specific herbs or oils that worked for others?? I'm already feeling overwhelmed with all the advice out there, and I wanna try something that’ll really address this pain without pumping more meds into my system. Any wisdom would be super appreciated!
