Namaste Dr. Mai Mandi, Himachal Pradesh se baat kar raha hu. Pichhle 1 saal se mere pet me gas ban rahi hai. Jis karan mere left side ke haath ,baaju, gardan chest ke nichle aur uppar aur heart ke aas pAs pain feel hota hai. Iske saath kabhi kabhi pet fool jaata hai. Dakaar aate hain. Bechaini aur ghabrahat mahsoos hoti hai. Left leg me sunapan mahsoos hota hai. Yahi problems right side me bhi hoti hain lekin Kabhi kabhar. Pith me bhi aur dono sides me bhi dard mahsoos hota hai.

Namaste Barkat ji, this might be due to aggravated vata in the abdominal cavity. I would recommend the following treatment for you - 1. Udaramrit vati -2-0-2 after meal 2. Gashar churna - 1 tsp with water before meal 3. Hingvashtak churna -1tsp with water at bedtime. Diet- Avoid peas, cauliflower , capsicum. Drink ajwain water throughout the day Take light and easily digestible meals. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol. Yoga- Mandookasana,kapalbhati , vajrasana Lifestyle modifications - Walk for 30 minutes after dinner. Take proper sleep at night.

Gas aur acidity ke lakshan jo aapne bataaye hain, woh bahut he zakni anubhav karte honge. Ayruvedic drishtikon se, aisa lagta hai ki aapki pitta aur vata dosh me thoda vikriti ho sakti hai, jo apke agni (digestive fire) ko prabhavit kar raha hai. Chaliye dekhte hai aap kis prakar in samasyaon ko kam kar sakte hain.

1. Aahar: Aap ke liye, pehle pe diet par focus karte hain. Zyada masale, teekhe aur oily aahar ko thoda avoid karein. Thanda doodh, ghee, aur kachcha narial ka paani pitta ko shaant karne me madadgar ho sakta hai. Har din subah hot paani me nimbu aur shahad mila kar lena faydemand rahega. Isse apka agni sudhrenge.

2. Vyayam Aur Yoga: Pratidin kuch halka phulka vyayam zaroor kijye. Bhramari pranayama aur Vajrasana khana ke baad is prakriya ko aap try kar sakte hain. Ye sharir me sukoon dega aur nervous system bhi relaxed feel karega.

3. Jeevan Shailee: Mehnat ke karyon ke beech me break lena, aur dimaag ko thodi der relax karna mahatvapurn hai. Nidra bhi swasthyan ki liye jaruri hai, toh raat me 7-8 ghante ki aaraamdayak neend le.

4. Shaamak Chikitsa: Jika vet bheetar acidity ya jara mai kamiyat mehsoos ho toh “Avipattikar Churna” ka praog kr sakte ho jo pitta ko sanrit rakhta hai. Madhura aur Sita rasa (sweet and cool) type ka khadya padarth apnaye. Dhyan rahe kisi bhi ayurvedic medicine ka seva keval kisi prashikshak vaidya ki salah ke baad hi karein.

5. Avoid Overeating: Try kare ki bhojan ke bad turanth bethke kam na karein, yeh gas banne me badawa de sakta hai.

In sab ke baujut, agar pain bahut severe mehsoos ho, aur yeh samasya barabar banak rahe, toh turant medical advice lena yeh avashyak ho jata hai. हद्य or practical problem ki drishti se medical emergency ko ignore nhi kiya jaa sakta, islie dvesh nahi.

Yeh apki gas ki samasya ko sudharne me madad kar sakta hai. Adrak agni ko prashanshniya rup se bala karta hai aur baada pitta ko shant karke enhancing digestion facilitate karta hai.

Pet ki gas evam dakar ko control karne ke liye hingvashtak churna bhi laabhkari hai. Khana khate waqt ek choti spoon ise gungune paani ke saath lein. Ye aapke digestive system ko shant karke gas formation ko niyantrit karega.

Apne dincharya me walking ya halka exercise shamil karein. Yeh blood circulation sudhar kar bhehtar swasthya mein madadgaar hote hain aur muscle tension ko relieve kar sakte hain.

Pet aur chest ke dard ko samanya roop se ankhi-siddha evam lokbhogya treatment se manage kar sakte hain, lekin agar dard kabhi virodhi aur sangat uplabhiyo aur body-mind spirit probalayne se jude hain to turant doctor se sampark karein.
