Include protein-rich foods like lentils, nuts, and seeds. Focus on iron, zinc, and biotin-rich foods like spinach, eggs, and avocados. Stay hydrated to maintain scalp moisture. Lifestyle:

First things first – have you had a look at your diet? In Ayurveda, hair health is closely related to your body’s metabolic processes. Focus on nourishing the hair roots with iron-rich foods like spinach and beetroots, yeah? Cook 'em up with some ghee for that extra boost. Also protein plays a role, so legumes, nuts, and seeds could be your new best buddies.

Are you familiar with doshas? If your doshas, particularly Vata and Pitta, are out of balance, it might be the root cause. Calming these with herbs like ashwagandha, brahmi, and bhringraj can be really beneficial. You could take bhringraj powder with warm water or milk, just a teaspoon before bed.

Let’s chat about oils, because I’m sure you’re wondering! Massaging your scalp increases blood flow – it’s like yoga for your scalp. Use coconut or sesame oil mixed with a bit of rosemary or bhringraj oil. Let the oil sit on your scalp for at least an hour before washing.
