Malabar Dhanwantharam Ghritam - #29564
I am really struggling with some persistent joint pain, especially in my knees and shoulders. This has been going on for a few months now, and all the regular painkillers haven't really helped much đ. A friend suggested I try Malabar Dhanwantharam Ghritam after hearing about its benefits for joint issues. I gotta say, Iâve never tried anything Ayurvedic before, and I'm a bit hesitant, but Iâm desperate for relief. I read that Malabar Dhanwantharam Ghritam is good for vata imbalance, which seems like what Iâm dealing with because I feel stiff and sore, especially in the mornings. I also noticed I've been feeling more fatigued lately. Would it be advisable to start taking this ghritam daily? How do I even go about using it? Like, should I take it with food or by itself? Iâve never used ghee in any way really, so Iâm kinda clueless here.
