Relating to men's sexual health - #30548
I'm 24 year old male. My weightis 49 kg and hight is 5.4 around. At such age also I'm not getting enough hardness in cock to intimate. I got horny and cumout but it is not enough hard to intimate. I think I'm bisexual. I attract more towards boys and sometimes towards girls. Even with boy I do bottom position and gets horny mostly while I think myself as bottom role. Is such things affect the hardness issue? Now it's my age to marry and I'm gonna marry with girl for sure as I love girl only and just physically attracted towards boys. So, please suggest me some solutions to recover from this. Moreover, the penic front part which looks like cap is also not opened. Skin can go backside while I do so with hands but it's very different from other boys as generally when penic of normal boy gets hard automatically skin goes backside and cap come fromtside as harder part. I'm not having such things. That's why I'm very tensed that whether i'll be able to intimate or not? I tried to intimate with a boy but as penic was not having enough hardness i couldn't do so. Please suggest me what to do! Please make me man plz plz..đđ»đ More about my body : I'm still getting pimples & acne. My skin is oily. My digestive system is acidic. Elders told that I'm having hotness from stomach. How to tell such things to someone, I'm ashamed. But I'm having no options and with too much hopes I'm asking you and have faith that you will surely help me to heal from such things. Thank you very much!! đđ»đđ»đđ»

Addressing the issue of erectile concern requires a holistic look at your lifestyle and health. The blend of physical, mental and emotional factors plays a role, so considering your situation involves addressing multiple aspects.
Firstly, ejaculatory control and penile firmness are influenced by your doshaâmost likely an imbalance of Pitta and Vata here, given your description. Stress, anxiety, and dietary habits directly affect these. Begin with grounding practices; daily meditation or breathing exercises can stabilise Vata. This may help ease the mental block that hinders performance.
Your dietary preference should include foods that are cooling, soothing to Pitta: adopt meals like stewed apples in the morning, incorporate ghee and coconut water periodically to calm acidity, and include cumin-coriander-fennel teas post meals as they assure smoother digestion and calm the stomachâs âhottness.â
On the physical end, perform Ashwini Mudra by alternately contract-relax the muscles of the pelvic region for a few minutes daily. This supports sexual function and enhances blood flow. Ayurvedic rasayanas like Ashwagandha and Shatavari might be beneficialâThey can be taken with warm milk at night to boost vitality, aiding in balancing reproductive tissues and enhancing strength.
Phimosis, the condition where foreskin doesnât retract, requires a gentle approach. Regularly, stretch the foreskin after warming with a gentle massage oil like sesame oil. Avoid excessive force. This, over time, should naturally improve skin flexibility.
Consultation with a specialist might be needed to assess underlying physical or structural concerns. Professional guidance will offer precise experience insights, maintaining safety for conditions like these.
Acknowledge feelings of attraction without self-judgment. Your mental comfort in sexual identity here is vital. Seek guidance from a counselor to explore these without societal pressure.
Considering lifestyle changes and consultations with professionals can tackle issues effectively, step-by-step, promoting overall confidence and health improvement.
Difficulty with achieving adequate penile hardness is a common concern and can be influenced by both physical and psychological factors. First, letâs address potential physiological aspects from an Ayurvedic perspective. You describe having an âacidicâ digestive system and being told you have âhotness from stomach,â which indicates an excess of Pitta dosha. This can affect agni (digestive fire) leading to imbalance, impacting both digestive health and other systemic functions including reproductive capability.
To begin managing the Pitta imbalance, consider incorporating cooling and soothing foods into your diet. Opt for foods like cucumbers, watermelons, and squash and reduce spicy, oily or acidic foods which can aggravate Pitta. Staying well hydrated is essential, aim for 2-3 liters of water daily.
To help with erectile issues, strengthening the bodyâs Shukra dhatu (reproductive tissue) is crucial. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) and Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) are two beneficial herbs in this regard. These can be taken as supplements or in powdered form, about a teaspoon twice daily with warm milk.
The tight foreskin (phimosis) may improve with gentle stretching exercises but should be evaluated by a medical professional; untreated, it may require minor medical intervention to prevent discomfort during intercourse.
Given the psychological component potentially influencing erection, stress management techniques like yoga, meditation, or mindful breathing practices can help. These techniques stabilize the prana (life energy) and reduce anxiety, promoting overall well-being and sexual health.
Before implementing any herbal regimen, consult with a local healthcare provider to address your individual needs and ensure safe integration with any ongoing medical treatments, if any. Should these concerns persist, or if you experience pain, discomfort, consult a healthcare professional without delay, as tailored medical advice is beneficial.
