मेरे 9 साल के लडके को फीवर बार बार हो जाता हे। रिपोर्ट मे सब नोमल आता हे। फीर antibiotics ka कोस करने से 3 महीन अच्छा रहता हे। शरीर मे कमजोरी जेसा रहता हे। पढ़ाई मे कमजोर रहता हे।जीदी रहता हे। हीमोग्लोबिनकम रहता हे।

फीवर की बार-बार होने वाली समस्या और कमजोरी का कारण अक्सर शरीर की इम्युनिटी का कमजोर होना हो सकता है। आयुर्वेद में, रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए अग्नि, धातु और दोषों के संतुलन पर ध्यान दिया जाता है।

पहला कदम है, आपके बेटे की पाचन अग्नि को मजबूत करना। उसके खाने में त्रिफला चूर्ण अगर दिन में एक बार गरम पानी के साथ दिया जाए, तो उसकी अग्नि को सुधारा जा सकता है। त्रिफला पाचन तंत्र को स्वच्छ रखती है।

दूसरा, उसकी इम्युनिटी बढ़ाने के लिए आँवला या आंवला रस का सेवन करेें। रोज सुबह खाली पेट एक चम्मच आंवला रस दे सकते हैं। आंवला विटामिन सी में धनी होता है और शरीर की प्रतिरोध क्षमता को बढाता है।

तेसरा, उसके खाने में आयरन की मात्रा बढाए। हरी सब्जियाँ, जैसे की पालक और चुकंदर शामिल करेें। हीमोग्लोबिन के स्तर को सुधारने के लिए नियमित रूप से गुड़ और चना का सेवन भी फायदेमंद हो सकता है।

लाइफस्टाइल में बदलाव के लिए, नियमित व्यायाम या योग, जैसे कि बालासन या भुजंगासन प्रतिदिन 15 मिनिट तक करने से उसका शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य बेहतर होगा। सोने और उठने का समय नियमित रखे जिससे उसका शरीर और मन दोनों संतुलित रहेंगे।
