Zenlabs GP 500 Capsules - #30742

Logan

I am really hoping someone can help me because I've been feeling pretty lost with my health lately. A few months ago, I started taking Zenlabs GP 500 Capsules because a friend recommended them for energy and overall wellness. At first, things were great! I felt more energized and focused. But now, I’m experiencing these weird ups and downs. One minute I'm fine, and the next I'm really tired and even a bit moody. It's super frustrating. I did a bunch of research trying to figure out if this is normal with Zenlabs GP 500 Capsules, and I found some mixed reviews. Some people rave about them while others say they had to stop taking them. Like, am I supposed to feel this way? I also noticed I have some stomach discomfort, which wasn't a thing before I started with the capsules. Maybe it's just me adjusting? Has anyone else gone through this? Maybe it’s just a phase or how my body is reacting to the Zenlabs GP 500 Capsules? Should I keep taking them, or should I consider stopping? Also, would love to know if anyone has tips on easing those side effects! Thank you in advance for any help – really appreciate it!

Doctors' responses

Zenlabs GP 500 Capsules could be having a varied effect on your body’s unique constitution, or prakriti. The energy boost and subsequent fatigue you mentioned might be due to an imbalance in your doshas – particularly Vata or Pitta – which can affect both mental and physical stamina. Ayurveda suggests that such fluctuations are indicative of aggravated doshas which need attention.

The first step, is to evaluate your diet and lifestyle alongside these supplements. If the capsules contain stimulants, like caffeine or certain herbs, you may experience temporary energy spikes followed by downturns. This could explain the split feelings of alertness and tiredness. Check the ingredients if you haven’t already, and see if any might be known for such effects.

Stomach discomfort may indicate your agni or digestive fire, is being disturbed. Eating light meals, reducing oily, spicy or very cold foods might help balance this. In Ayurveda, food is medicine, so incorporating ginger tea can improve digestion and might ease this discomfort too.

Regarding whether to continue the supplements, consider a few days off them. Observe if your symptoms ease. This might indicate the capsules are contributing to these issues. However, stopping any health product should be considered carefully, potentially consulting with a healthcare professional. An Ayurvedic practitioner can provide insight here, with a consult tailored to your individual doshas and needs.

Practices like regular yoga or meditation can also be beneficial for stabilizing mood swings by balancing your mind and body. Gentle poses and slow deep breathing exercises can release pent-up stress, bringing emotional steadiness.

Transitioning away from products like Zenlabs GP 500, if that’s your decision, should ideally be done gradually. Monitor changes and adjustments slowly. Prioritize foods and habits that support energy on a more consistent level, such as regular eating schedule, whole grains, nuts and plenty of hydration.
