I am feeling kinda stuck here, and I gotta ask about these Sri Sri Tattva Haritaki Tablets. It's been a wild month for me — I’ve been dealing with some awful digestion issues, feeling bloated, and just totally off my game. My stomach has this constant gurgling noise and I sometimes get these weird cramps that just won’t go away. My friend suggested trying out Sri Sri Tattva Haritaki Tablets, saying they might help cleanse my system or something like that. I’ve heard they’re supposed to be natural and good for detoxifying, right? But like, how do they actually work? Are they really effective? I mean, should I consider taking them daily or just when I feel extra bloated? And what if I’m on other medications, do i need to worry about interactions? There’s just so much info out there—it’s overwhelming! I tried some other stuff before, but nothing seemed to help really, and I really want this bloating to go away.
