I am really hoping someone can help me out here. I’ve been dealing with these annoying digestive issues for a while now. Like, I bloating after nearly every meal, no matter what I eat – even the simplest things like rice or boiled veggies. I tried a bunch of home remedies, but nothing seems to work long-term. A friend mentioned that Malabar Siddhardhakadi Gutika could be beneficial for digestion, and I’m totally curious if anyone here has used these SG Tablets? I read that they can really help with digestive health, but I’m not sure cause I have this feeling, like what if it doesn't work for me? I hate the thought of wasting money on something else that just won’t help. I already did some tests, and the doctor said everything is normal, which is kinda frustrating, you know? Normal but still feeling awful. Also, anyone know how exactly to take the Malabar Siddhardhakadi Gutika? Like when and how much?
