I am dealing with some persistent digestive issues and honestly, it's driving me a bit nuts. For the past few months, I’ve been having this nagging discomfort in my stomach, and sometimes it feels like I’m carrying lead in there. I tried changing my diet – went more on the veggie side, started eating smaller meals, you know, the classic stuff. But still, the bloating and the weird acid feel just won't quit. A friend mentioned Dhootapapeshwar Pravala Pishti. I’ve kinda looked it up and it seems like a proper Ayurvedic option? But I'm not fully sure about it.
