I am really struggling with joint pain lately, and honestly, it’s been affecting everything—my work, my sleep, even my mood! A couple of weeks ago, I started noticing this sharp pain in my knees and elbows, especially when I try to move more than usual. It’s just so frustrating! I heard about Planet Ayurveda RumoGin from a friend who said it helped her manage her arthritis symptoms, but I am like a bit skeptical. I decided to have some tests done, and while nothing major came up, the doc just said it could be early signs of arthritis or just inflammation. I can’t remember if the friend mentioned taking Planet Ayurveda RumoGin daily or just when the pain hits. Is it safe to take it often? Also wondering if there are any side effects because, honestly, I get a bit nervous about trying new things. But at the same time, I really want to find a natural solution!
