I am really struggling with this digestive issue and a few other things lately. Honestly, it’s been kind of tough. I was told to try Revinto Dashamula Quatha Churna by a friend who's into Ayurveda, but I’m curious if it’s really effective. My stomach has been upset, like bloating and weird cramps, and it all started after I tried experimenting with different foods! Might've gone a bit overboard... and now with all the different symptoms, the cramps feel worse sometimes.
