I am feeling really stuck with this cough that's just not going away! Been having this dry cough for like 3 weeks and it's driving me nuts. I tried some over-the-counter stuff, but nothing’s worked! A friend told me about Kerala Ayurveda Tussnil Syrup, said he swears by it for cough relief, but I am kinda skeptical. I saw online that it’s supposed to help with both dry and wet coughs, but I don't really know what makes it tick, you know? Been doing some home remedies too like honey and warm water, but still no relief. Last week, I even went to get a check-up, and my doc said it could just be lingering from a cold I had. Now I'm wondering... could Kerala Ayurveda Tussnil Syrup actually work for me? Should I be worried about possible side effects or anything? Also, if I end up trying it, how long before I might see some relief? I feel like I’m losing sleep over this stupid cough!
