Nagarjuna Thaali Podi - #33198
I am really at my wit's end here. A couple of weeks ago, I started noticing some weird digestive issues that I never had before, like bloating and gas. At first, I thought it was just something I ate, but it’s been going on for more than a week now. My friend recommended Nagarjuna Thaali Podi, saying it's great for digestion, but I’m not really sure how to use it or if it's right for me. I read that it's made from whole spices and is said to help balance doshas, but honestly, I’m a bit confused about that whole concept! I tried sprinkling a bit on my meals, like lentils and rice, but I don’t know if I'm doing it right. Do I need to do it every day? And how much should I use? Should I mix it with something, or just have it plain? Also, can Nagarjuna Thaali Podi help with more than just digestion? Like I’ve been feeling kind of sluggish and fatigued lately.
