I’ve been taking Amavatari Kashayam for about a month now for my joint pain, but I have a few questions about its usage and benefits. My knee pain has been quite severe lately, especially in the mornings, and my Ayurvedic practitioner recommended Amavatari Kashayam. So far, I feel like the pain has reduced slightly, but it’s still there. Does Amavatari Kashayam take time to show results, or should I have felt a bigger difference by now? Also, I’ve been taking it with warm water as prescribed, but I’m wondering if there are any specific foods or routines that might enhance its effects.
