I am really struggling with my digestion lately. For the past few months, I have had this annoying bloating and irregular constipation. Sometimes I feel like I can’t even eat a full meal without feeling stuffed, ugh!! I’ve tried changing my diet, cutting out processed foods and even upping my water intake, but nothing seems to work consistently. I heard about Kayam tablets from a friend who swears by them, saying they helped her a ton with digestion issues like mine. I keep wondering if Kayam tablets could really be the answer for me. Is this something safe to try for someone like me who’s been through a cycle of ups and downs with gut issues? I mean, when I look at the label, it talks about balance and natural ingredients, but I guess I’m a bit skeptical. Also, would this be more effective if I took it alongside other Ayurvedic remedies or just on its own? I don’t want to mix things up and make it worse, you know?
