मेरे लडके 9 साल का है। 3 क्लास मे शिक्षा ले रहा हे। पाने मे बहोत कमजोर और याद कुछ रहता नही। सवाल के जवाब भी लीख नही पाता. पठाने पे भी याद नही रहता और खेल मे ज्यादातर रहता हे।मेमरी की समस्या रहती हे।immunity ki bhi problems he ji.

1 ब्रम्ही घृत – ½ चम्मच गुनगुने दूध के साथ सुबह-शाम।

2 समृती सागर रस 1-0-1 – खाना खाने के बाद।

3 च्यवनप्राश अवलेह – 1 चम्मच रोज़ सुबह – इम्युनिटी व बुद्धि वृद्धि हेतु।

✅ घर पर सरल उपाय

बादाम, अखरोट, अंजीर – रोज़ दूध में भिगोकर देना।

गुनगुना दूध + हल्दी – रात को।

रोज़ 15 मिनट सूर्य नमस्कार या योगासन (ताड़ासन, वज्रासन, ध्यानासन)।

रोज़ सुबह ताज़ी हवा में खेलकूद, सूर्य की किरणों में रहना (Vitamin D के लिए)।

✅ आहार और दिनचर्या

तैलीय, फास्ट फूड, ठंडी चीज़ें, चॉकलेट्स, कोल्ड-ड्रिंक कम करें। हरी सब्ज़ियाँ, फल, दूध, घी, अंकुरित अनाज, दालें अधिक दें। नियमित सोने-जागने का समय रखें। पढ़ाई को खेल-खेल में करवाएँ – बार-बार रटवाने से नहीं, समझाने से याद रहेगा।

कभी-कभी Vitamin D, B12, Iron deficiency भी याददाश्त व इम्युनिटी कम कर देती है – इनकी जाँच कराएँ।

आपके बेटे की समस्या का समाधान संभव है। नियमित ब्रम्ही घृत, च्यवनप्राश, पौष्टिक आहार, योग-ध्यान और खेल-पढ़ाई का संतुलन रखने से धीरे-धीरे याददाश्त व एकाग्रता बेहतर होगी और इम्युनिटी भी बढ़ेगी।
