I am feeling really confused about my health. I’ve been taking Decrin Plus Capsules for a couple of months now because I’ve been struggling with anxiety and low energy levels. Some days are better than others, but honestly, I don't know if the Decrin Plus Capsules are really doing anything for me. A friend recommended them, saying they helped her, but I'm not sure if they really fit with my body. Just last week, I had a weird episode where I felt super jittery after taking them, so I skipped a day, and then I felt exhausted. That was strange! I was curious if anyone else experienced this. I've read that Decrin Plus Capsules might work differently for different people, but I can't help wondering if I’m doing something wrong. Sometimes I forget to take them! Does missing a day mess up the whole thing or should I just keep going? Would love any thoughts on how to make the most outta Decrin Plus Capsules.
