I am really trying to get to the bottom of this issue I've been facing lately. Like, for the past few months, my digestion has been off — bloating, gas, and just general discomfort, ugh! A friend suggested I try SDM Haritaki Tablet DS, saying it’s supposed to help with gut health. I was hesitant at first because I’m not big on supplements, you know? But now, I’m super curious if this SDM Haritaki Tablet DS could actually help me out. I mean, I read some things online that said it could aid digestion and things like that. But when I tried it, I felt a bit better at first, then kinda had some loose stools after a few days. Like, is that normal? Should I keep taking it? Or is the SDM Haritaki Tablet DS not right for me?
