Kya aapki bhook, peshab or toilet thik hai?

Aapko diverticulitis, GERD, abdominal pain, aur constipation ki samasya ho rahi hai, aur iske liye jo Ayurvedic chikitsa chal rahi hai, usme ab tak koi vishesh labh nahi mila hai. Yeh samasya Vata, Pitta, aur Kapha doshon ke prakop ka parinam ho sakti hai, jo aapke pachan tantra ko asantulit kar rahi hai. GERD aur acid reflux ke karan Pitta dosha atikraman kar raha hai, jisse pet mein jalan aur acid ki samasya ho rahi hai, jabki constipation Vata dosha ke visham hone ke karan hai, jo aanton ki gati ko slow kar raha hai. Aapke dawaiyon ke upyog ke bawajood agar rahat nahi mil rahi hai, to kuch parivartan karna zaroori ho sakta hai. GERD aur acidity ke liye Avipattikar churna ko apne dincharya mein shamil kar sakte hain, kyunki yeh Amlapitta (acidity) ko shant karta hai aur pachan tantra ko majboot banata hai. Raat mein Gandharva Haritaki ya Trivrit lehya lene se constipation mein madad mil sakti hai. Mahashankh Vati ko GERD aur pet dard ke liye prabhavi mana jata hai, aur iski maatra apne vaidya ki salah ke mutabiq leni chahiye. Bilvadi churna bhi ek achha vikalp ho sakta hai jo pitta aur vata ko samaan karta hai aur pachan tantra ko sudharne mein sahayak hai. Iske saath, saatvik aur sheetal ahar ka palan karein, jisme taja aur cooling foods shamil ho. Thanda paani aur kathor bhojan se bachna chahiye. Neem-garm paani se snan aur halka vyayam bhi aapke sharir ko santulan mein rakhne mein madad karega. Yeh samasya gambheer ho sakti hai, isliye Ayurvedic upchar ko thoda samay dena hoga, aur agar aapko lagta hai ki koi asar nahi ho raha hai, to kisi Ayurvedic chikitsak se salah lekar aage ka ilaj karna uchit hoga.

Given your conditions of diverticulitis, GERD, abdominal pain, and constipation, it’s important to take a holistic approach to manage these issues through Ayurveda. While you have tried several Ayurvedic medicines such as Triphala churna, Shankh bati, Chitrakadi bati, Kutaj ghan bati, Kumari asav, and Lohasava without noticeable benefits, we may need to reassess the treatment plan tailored to your specific symptoms and constitution. For diverticulitis, a diet high in fiber is essential; consider incorporating Psyllium husk or Isabgol to aid in bowel regularity. Panchakola can be beneficial for digestive health, and Ajwain (carom seeds) may help alleviate gas and bloating associated with GERD. To soothe GERD symptoms, you can try consuming Amla juice or coconut water, which have cooling properties and can help reduce acidity. In addition to these remedies, practicing gentle yoga or meditative breathing can help reduce stress and promote better digestion. It’s crucial to avoid heavy, spicy, and processed foods, as well as to maintain a regular eating schedule. If constipation persists, you may need to consider Basti (medicated enema) therapy under professional supervision, which can help in detoxifying and soothing the intestinal lining.

Diverticulitis, GERD, abdominal pain, constipation — that's quite a handful, huh? So, it seems like you've been trying out some ayurvedic remedies but they're not quite hitting the mark. Let's dive into it and see what might work given your unique combo of issues. First up, diverticulitis and constipation often hint at vata imbalance. You've got those pouches in your colon all inflamed, which might need a bit of calming. GERD, on the other hand, screams pitta derangement. So it's like you've got this cocktail of vata-pitta mix going on. Not fun, but we got this. Now, triphala's great for constipation 'cause it's a natural mild laxative that regulates vata. But it needs even more backing sometimes. Try soaking two teaspoons of flaxseeds in lukewarm water overnight. Drink it first thing in the morning. Flaxseeds help lubricate your colon and ease out the stool. For GERD – aloe vera juice can be calming. Mix around 20-30 ml with water and sip it before meals. Just an fyi – it shouldn't be too cold or acidic. Keeps the stomach cool, you know? About pain: castor oil packs over your abdomen could be a gentle yet effective home treatment. Warm a bit of castor oil, soak a cloth in it and place it on your belly. Some claim they feel better after just a few tries. And your diet – super critical here. Less sloppy kababs and more khichdi. Try eating smaller meals more often to keep the digestive fire (agni) steadily burning without overwhelming it. For Vata, the likes of warm, soupy dishes that're easy to digest can do wonders! One more thing, right? Loha bhasma, or supplements you mentioned, might be heating. Maybe cut back if they're too much for your pitta. Just sorta ease in, ease out... trial-and-error style. Remember, whatever I suggest, check with your doc first—especially since you've got a treatment regime already. Hang in there, alright? You've got this!
