Persistent Ear Fungus and Pain - #49714

Bonjour, Depuis l'année dernière j'ai un champignon dans l'oreille. J'ai eu un traitement par un antibiotique mais il est toujours présent. Je prends garde à éviter toute intrusion d'eau et je passe régulièrement le sèche-cheveux à distance de l'oreille. Je sens, aujourd'hui, après 1 an qu'il a repris le dessus. J'ai mal à l'oreille et je sens qu'il y a un corps étranger dans l'oreille. J'ai de l'huile de neem, est-ce que je peux l'utiliser ? Comment ? A usage interne ou externe ? Traitement ayurvédique simple pour champignon de l’oreille Si vous avez forte douleur, écoulement, baisse d’audition → consultez ORL avant d’utiliser une huile. Huile de Neem Usage externe uniquement (ne pas avaler) Comment utiliser Mélanger 1 goutte huile de neem + 3 gouttes huile de sésame Tiédir légèrement Mettre 1–2 gouttes dans l’oreille une fois par jour Garder la tête inclinée 5 minutes Arrêter si brûlure ou vertiges. Soutien interne Triphala poudre – ½ cuillère à café la nuit avec eau tiède. Conseils alimentaires Manger chaud et léger Utiliser curcuma et gingembre Éviter sucre, excès de lait, aliments froids 8 À éviter Eau dans l’oreille Coton-tiges Gratter l’intérieur de l’oreille

Simple Ayurvedic Treatment for Ear Fungus If you have severe pain, discharge, or hearing loss → please see an ENT doctor before putting any oil in the ear. Neem Oil Use externally only (Do NOT take internally) Mix 1 drop neem oil + 3 drops sesame oil Slightly warm the mixture (lukewarm, not hot) Put 1–2 drops in the affected ear once daily Keep head tilted for 5 minutes Stop if burning, dizziness, or increased pain occurs. Take Triphala powder – ½ teaspoon at night with warm water. Eat warm and light food Use turmeric and ginger in diet Avoid sugar, excess dairy, and cold foods Avoid Water entering ear Cotton buds Scratching inside ear
