Help for My Son's Recurring Constipation - #49704

My son is 2.8 years old. He is suffering from constipation since last 1 year. We are giving Himalaya triphala syrup. His condition was normal since last 2 months. But since last 1 week, suffering from constipation again. No potty without laxatives. Himalaya triphala syrup is continuously taking. Please help.

Try to follow these diets…Can give warm water frequently… At night 5ml of warm water  or warm milk add into 2 to 3 drops of castrol oil…3 - 5 black resins soaked over night and give in the morning…
Give 10ml of grapes juice or papaya juice.
Smashed banana, fig fruit…
These will help to relieve constipation
